THE AMBIENT BRASS

The Ambient Brass was founded in May of 1992 to provide the finest of all styles of music to the community. The group is comprised of a remarkable collection of professional performers striving to bring the highest quality brass literature to their audiences.

Combining over seventy years of collective experience, the nucleus of the Ambient Brass consists of five professional  brass players living in the Houston area.

The members performance experience includes such organizations as the Houston Ballet, Houston Masterworks, Theater Under the Stars, Houston Grand Opera, Bach Society, American Pops, and the Houston Symphony.

Several of the musicians also teach privately.
